What is this form used for? What it will look like?
Currently on our website, potential clients can filter our members by trade and by who is accepting new clients. I want to add an additional filter for specific services. This means clients will be able to select what type of service they are looking for, and corresponding stylists will be displayed. It can also be helpful for you as well if one of your clients is looking for something (like vivid colours, extensions, etc.) that you don't offer, but could now refer a neighbour or direct them to our site where they could look up the service and find options themselves. :)
How to fill out the form?
Select only options that you would be comfortable having visible on our website, or disclosing to potential clients showing up at the front desk.
Please use the "other..." option to suggest something you think is missing, or to suggest a different term to be used, or redundancies. While at the same time, keeping in mind clients will be searching for/using these terms (so how would your client recognize/describe a service?).
