Mondays @ 6:30 am: Join us for a Hatha inspired class, where we focus on strength based movements and poses. 60 mins.
Wednesdays @ 6:30 am: Join us for a Hatha-Yin inspired class, where we focus on a combination of strength and stretch based movements and poses. 60 mins.
Sundays @ 10:00 am: Join us for a relaxing Yin inspired class, we will focus on passive movements and poses so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert much effort. It’s a restorative way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. 60 mins.

All classes are BYOM* and beginner friendly. Space is limited, so attendance will be booked on a first come first served basis.
*Bring your own mat, bolster, blanket, blocks, etc.
